Located in Terrebonne, Quebec with an 10 000 square feet surface is open 7 days a week. Jaymar welcome customers referred by our retailers across Quebec.

Our consultants are there to guide customers towards finding the right furniture suitable to their needs. By asking the right questions, they can determine the customer’s needs; show them the different features and options that are available to them which will allow them to make an informed decision. Furthermore, with more than 100 models on display, they will be able to see several different configurations and decide which is best for their living space. Not to mention our vast choice of fabrics and leathers to choose from. No sale is made through our showroom. We simply send the quote to the store of your choice.

If you detect a problem with your Jaymar product, please communicate directly with your retailer. They will be happy to help you and they will contact us will all the necessary information in order to settle the problem as quickly as possible. Then, if Jaymar has to make a repair, we will contact you to make an appointment with you.

Purchase process

Custom-made 

Since our furniture is manufactured to order, everything can be customized. Create the perfect sofa to fit you and your home from the style, seating foam firmness, cushion depth & width, leg style, and leather or fabric selection.

Swatch Request

We strongly advise our customers to order our leather or fabric swatches before finalizing the purchase. It will allow you to validate the color of your cover according to your lighting. The ambient light can really change the look of the cover. The request is completely free of charge.

Measurement

Before choosing your custom furniture, the important thing is to take measurements of your room. Determine the number of seats you want, the cover etc. This will help our advisors to direct you to the product that best suits you.

Quote

Based on the design, materials, and specifications, Jaymar will provide you with a cost estimate. The order will then be launched in production only once the submission has been reviewed and accepted by the client.

Manufacturing

Your entire furniture will be built in our factory in Terrebonne, Quebec. From the cutting of materials to assembly, to packaging! Nothing is done outside our factory.

Optimization

When your order enters our system, it goes through the optimization department. Or each piece of your furniture will be visualized using software to avoid as much loss as possible in the wood and cover used.

Quality Control

Once your furniture is finished, it will go through our quality control. If there are several seats, each piece will be assembled next to each other to validate that everything arrives perfectly aligned, all electrical mechanisms will also be tested.

Stamp quality

Once your furniture has been inspected, it will receive its quality control stamp and it will be photographed before it is packaged.

Packing

Once your furniture has been inspected, it will receive its Quality Control stamp. It will be photographed before it is packaged.

With your furniture, you will receive a small guide with the web link to the “assembly instructions”, and all the informations about our Warranty.

Delivery

Our retailers will be in charge of the delivery. Depending on your location, it takes 7 to 14 days for delivery. To reduce our environmental footprint, we don’t let half a truck go for delivery.
